Porter and capitalism to be reinvented to change

latest issue of Harvard Business Review Italy is an comment to ' article by Michael Porter that provides an analysis and proposes solutions regarding the current crisis of capitalism. If the analysis can be agreed, the proposals depart from a viewpoint that is the real cause of the crisis. Carry the full text, which deals with

companies, says Porter, they must take steps to reconcile business and society and the way to go is to "creating shared value." ... The solution to the shared value that involves the creation of economic value is done in ways that create value for the company but also for society, responding to the needs of the time and the demands of a social nature.

The picture one gets from this statement is as follows: on the one hand there is the business world, companies, markets, finance, etc.., by another, completely detached, the real world, people, society, nature and its resources, etc..
's rare to find in a false belief that human history has produced the most devastating effects.
As if the world of business was on a planet, and the same people who work there and dwell on another one!
Who will buy the products and services that firms produce only those who are the company that wants to "exploit"? How is it conceivable that the business can thrive in an environment depleted?
The positions of Porter, and many like him, sound like the curse of the dog that licks the file of a book by Erri De Luca ( Montedidio ): "... the dog licking file is licking his blood, but he likes most of the pain and continues to bleed "
Today the business world is nourished by his own blood!

This situation is not only unacceptable but also unreal and perpetuate it will only create disaster even worse than those to which we have witnessed.
The company, born from the desire of an entrepreneur who wanted to create something that was not there, has always been "embodied" in a social context real (people are not virtual, then living in a specific place and only in the world and the outbreak of localism is their cry of protest) and has never suffered problems in which we speak (and even social responsibility as it has always been "integrated" firm action in its social dimension). An example of this, just to name a few emblematic, is supported by some car manufacturers whose founders wanted to show their presence in a proper place names: FIAT means Italian Automobile Factory TORINO, ALFA ROMEO Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili Mr. Romeo BMW Bayerische Motoren Werke, in Italian Factory BAVARIAN Engines, ...

So the "sin" of capitalism is derived from its context real and the solution is not a continuation of this state with an attempt at reconciliation with it, but on re-immersion in the real world, one where there are places with their cultures, people with their needs and their capabilities, nature with its delicate balance and its beauty, that is, the places where those who support this nonsense, once you leave the office (at the factory would not dream of supporting such nonsense) is pleased to immergercisi ... with his family.
Why is human too!
