E pensare che questa nuova centrale di teleriscaldamento, come ci ha spiegato l’Ass. Bianchi è nata grazie all’intervento edilizio di case popolari proprio in Villaggio. Non da poco invece il risparmio sulla gestione e sulla sicurezza, in quanto non sarà più presente la tradizionale caldaia nei condomini, quindi non ci saranno spese per la manutenzione e gestione dell’impianto, ma soprattutto aumenterà notevolmente la sicurezza perche non ci sarà più la presenza di gas e ossidi di carbonio nei fumi.
Cosa dire? Un primo passo importante verso il futuro? Si apre la discussione.
